The Wet Mix Plant is for base and sub base layers. The wet mix macadam plants provide quality mix without compromising on the productivity factor.

These Wet mix plants are available in the capacities of 100-120 tph, 150-180 tph, 200-220 tph.

The wet mix plants come with aggregate feeders, vibratory screen, slinger and load out conveyors, pug mill type mixing unit, storage silos and control panel to control the entire operations of the plant.

All the aggregate bins are fitted with individual AC / DC motors and gear boxes to control and regulate the flow of aggregate from each of the bin. They also have gathering conveyor which is equipped with a scrapper and driven by AC motor. Aggregate from the gathering is feed to the pug mill unit with a slinger conveyor after removing oversize material. The vibratory screen provided at the end of feeder acts as a source for removal of oversized materials.

The aggregates are transferred to the drying and mixing unit with the help of the conveyor belt which is driven by AC motor. The belt is also equipped with weigh bridge (Load Cell) for continuous monitoring weight (tons/hour). Dual shaft PUG MILL consists of hardened material liners-heavy duty square bar with wear resistant paddle arms and tips to ensure long life of the soil stabilization plant.

There is also a provision to add water in the pug mill is done with the help of a water tank which is fitted with standard pump and meter with standard pipe to transfer exact quantity of water to the PUG MILL

The homogenously mixed aggregate discharged from PUG MILL is collected into an inclined load out conveyor which ends in a SILO TYPE hopper provided with hydraulically operated cam shell gate. The SILO type hopper allows storing the material and helps to provide surge capacity when changing trucks and controls segregation in the mix.

The WM plants comes with a fully computerized cabin with on board electric power console, distribution, switch board that supports a fully automatic process. There is a provision for display of the entire process control parameters. Provision to store, edit production details, mix proportions etc.
