Atlas portable concrete batch and mixing plant is compact design suited for compact sites proven batch mixer is also reliable machine available for sale. Atlas is the one concrete mixer manufacturer who lays the most emphasis on the quality of each equipment that leaves its factory. The control panel is housed on or away from the chassis. The mixing unit is a performs in a very simple and maintenance pattern as it does mixing of concrete in clockwise direction and discharge of concrete in anti-clockwise direction. Plants come with standard 30 bag / 1500 kgs. cement hopper and optional 50 Tons, 100 Tons, 150 Tons cement SILO can also be supplied.
 
Customers prefer such ready mix concrete plants as mobile ones as they requires least space for installation and does not require big ramp for material feeding into aggregate feeders. The discharge height is such that material output can be fed directly into concrete pump. A belt can be supplied so that the concrete output can be also be fed directly into the transit mixer. The plant comes in two transportation units one consisting of the feeding unit and the mixer in one chassis and the other unit is of the cement addition hopper and screw conveyor.

Aggregate feeder

A 2 x 2 type aggregate feeder is standard with the plant. Aggregate feeder comes with pneumatic operated gates and two vibratory motors. Mesh is provided on the sand bin. A standard air compressor is provided. Feeder gates, mixer gates and butterfly valve opening and closing is controlled by air compressor. The air compressor is very neatly placed on the chassis near feeder of the plant so that it is easy to maintain and transport.

Weighing conveyor

Weighing conveyor

We have got a weighing conveyor for weighing of aggregates. A weighing conveyor is suspended on four load cells of suitable capacity. The task of the weighing conveyor is to weigh and transfer aggregates collectively to the feeding conveyor belt.

Feeding conveyor of portable ready mix plants is embedded in the space between feeder and the mixing drum. Feeding conveyor is provided with idler rollers and return rollers.

Cement weighing hopper is mounted on 3 load cells. A pneumatic operated butterfly valve is fitted for discharge. The cement weighing hopper is provided with pneumatic vibrator and two inlets for two screw conveyors. Water tank is supported on single load cell with pneumatic operated butterfly valve and its gate is with rubber gasket at the bottom. Admixture flask of standard capacity is fitted with feeding pump. Cement is fed from SILO to the cement weighing hopper.

Mixing drum is carved out with extreme precision considering that it is subjected to most torture. The flights are designed to throw out even the smallest particle out of the mixing drum. Mixing is done when the drum moves in forward (clockwise) direction and in the backward (anti clockwise) direction, the material is thrown out. Good mixing in a short time is the characteristic feature of the drum supplied with Atlas ready mix concrete plants. Mixing drum drive motor is connected to gear box by a V-belt pulley to drive the mixing drum. It minimizes vibration and is also less on maintenance.

A lubrication system for the mixing drum of the concrete mixer plant is provided to lubricate all the eight moving parts of the mixing drum.
Thus making the maintenance part of the mixing drum troublefree.
