Aggregate feeder bins: Total of 4 aggregate bins are provided for using different materials.
Aggregate feeding conveyor: Aggregate feeding conveyor eliminates the use of a big ramp. It is highly beneficial as it allows savings and also facilitates quick relocation of the plant.
Conveyor belt: A single conveyor belt from the bottom of the aggregate bins to the mixing unit does the job.
Weighing system: Aggregates are accurately weight prior to adding into the mixing unit. The system is accurate and offers seamless operation. Similarly, water, additives and cement are also weighed separately. Weighing mechanism plays a very important role, the better the weighing system, the quality of the end product will be better.
Cement storage: This plant is provided with two cement silos. It is to ensure sufficient storage and uninterrupted storage of cement. Cement is fed into the weighing hopper by a screw conveyor.
Control system: PLC control panel is installed inside the control room. It is for seamless overall operations of the plant. detailed reports and troubleshooting is possible from the control room.
