90-120 tph mobile asphalt drum mix plant in installed in Algeria: Key components
This plant is equipped with components that ensure optimum production of hot mix asphalt. The components are customized for customer’s requirement and choice. We try to ensure that the running cost is kept to minimum so that customer can get quick return on investment. The key components are as below:
- Cold aggregate feeder bins: There are 4 bins and each bin is with independent variable gate for accurate and consistent flow of aggregates.
- Single deck vibrating screen: Placed at a point where aggregates move towards the charging conveyor. It will remove oversized aggregates.
- Slinger conveyor with load cell: As the aggregates move towards the drum unit they will be passing on top of a loadcell unit mounted on a slinger conveyor unit. It is for weighing of the aggregates as they pass from the top of the conveyor.
- Drying and mixing drum with diesel burner: Two process will be taking place in the drying and mixing drum: drying as well as mixing. The drying and mixing drum will heat the aggregates in the first half of the drum. In the second half, it will mix the hot aggregates with bitumen and filler material.
- Dry dust collector: This is the primary dust collection zone for trapping heavy dust particles.
- Wet dust collector: It will trap the lighter dust particles and slurry will be emitted out.
- Drag slat conveyor: Instead of load out conveyor, a drag slat conveyor is provided here. It is fully enclosed for transferring hot mix asphalt into truck with minimum heat loss.
- Mineral storage hopper: For adding and transferring filler material.
- Fuel tank: Available in different capacities as per the customers requirement.
- Bitumen tank: Bitumen tank is fully insulated and available in different capacities. This plant has got mobile bitumen tanks.
- Control room: PLC control panel is for easy operation. All the important data is available for printout.
