Advantages of mobile asphalt plant

Mobile asphalt plant components come arranged on three or four chassis.
Each chassis is pre wired with junction box.
Each chassis of mobile asphalt drum mix plant is equipped with safety lights, cover for tires, king pin, axles with pneumatic braking and fold able legs.
The portable asphalt drum mixers are as productive as the stationary asphalt mixers.
Tyre tubes and wheel rims are on customer’s scope of supply. They can be provided by Atlas Industries if required by the customer.

Some of the distinct advantages of portable asphalt plant over stationary drum mix plants are:

• Quick installation and commissioning
• No or less foundation
• Standard plant comes in three or four chassis.

• Storage silo can be made available.
• Size of bitumen storage tank can be customized as required.

• Feeder on one chassis with single axle
• Drying and mixing unit with pollution control device on one chassis with two axles
• Fuel tank for dryer burner, mineral filler, standard 15 T bitumen tank and control cabin on one chassis

Chassis arrangement of MDM 50 (60-90 tph) and MDM 60 (90-120 tph) – mobile asphalt mixer:

• Feeder on one chassis with single axle
• Drying and mixing unit with pollution control device on one chassis with two axles
• Fuel tank for dryer burner, mineral filler and standard 20 T bitumen tank on one chassis
• Control cabin on separate chassis on one axle
