The burner system is accurate and does its job well in sync with the drying drum. - Cold aggregate feeder bins: Each bin with independent variable gate for accurate and consistent material flow.
- Single deck vibrating screen: Over size aggregate removal is done best here. It is positioned at a point where aggregates move towards the charging conveyor.
- Slinger conveyor with load cell: As the aggregates move towards the drum unit they will be passing on top of a loadcell unit for weighing of the aggregates.
- Drying and mixing drum with diesel burner: The drying and mixing drum will heat the aggregates in the first half and then allow it to mix with bitumen and filler material in the second half.
- Dry dust collector: This is the primary dust collection zone – it allows capture of heavy dust particles before they move towards the secondary pollution control unit.
- Wet dust collector: This is a venturi type dust collector for collection and trapping of the fine dust particles.
- Load out conveyor: This is placed just at the exit point of the mixing zone of the drum unit. It will transfer the mix material into waiting trucks.
- Mineral storage hopper: It will store filler material and transfer it to the mixing zone of the drum as per requirement.
- Fuel tank: Fuel tank can be available in different capacities. It is placed near the burner for optimum fuel flow.
- Bitumen tank: Bitumen tank is fully insulated and available in different capacities.
- Control cabin with control panel: We have provided PLC control panel in this plant and it allows for easy operation of the plant. All relevant production data is available for printout.
