Mobile Asphalt Batch Mix Plant | Road Construction Equipment From India
The highlight is our mobile asphalt batch mix plant. We produce of small to big portable asphalt plant in capacities 80 tph, 120 tph and 160 tph for road construction. One of the main features is that this machine is fully and truly mobile. All the components are on wheels. The biggest chassis consists of the full tower unit. Tower unit consists of total 3 main units or compartments like vibrating screen, hot bins and mixing unit. Apart from the tower unit the bucket elevator and also the control cabin is on the same chassis. Other units that are fully mobile include cold aggregate feeder bins, bag filter unit, drying drum, bitumen tanks and fuel tanks.
Concrete Batch Mix Plant
We are also export big and small concrete batch plants. Our range of concrete mixing plant start from 8 m3/hr. The highest model is 200 m3/hr. Our manufacturing facility in India is capable for producing civil construction machinery.
Customers have choice to opt for the static type of concrete plant or they can go for a mobile plant. Then we also have the mini concrete batch plant for small sites. The concrete plant with reversible drum mixers is ideal for small to medium sized sites. For the bigger sites our range of stationary concrete mixers from 30 m3/hr. to 200 m3/hr. does the task efficiently. It is also possible to get dry type of concrete from our concrete plants that are dry type.
